Rehab and performance for experienced lifters
In person in Warrington, PA or virtual PT from anywhere. A system designed and built for people who actually lift.
Sound familiar?
You've done the rest, the ice, the "give it time." Maybe you saw a PT who had you doing clamshells and sent you home. The pain keeps coming back the second you load it again - and no one can tell you why.
The difference
Not only am I a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I'm a gym rat myself. I've trained for CrossFit and Bodybuilding and competed in Powerlifting.
As a patient once told me: "I'm gonna keep lifting until they put the nails in the coffin."
We work with national and professional level powerlifters and bodybuilders. We work with competitive fighters. And we work with recreational lifters who just love training and want to stay in the gym.
No matter who you are, the answer isn't to stop lifting. And often, it's the opposite.
The Jayburd Method
Not a generic protocol. A system that adapts to how you respond - so you keep training while you get out of pain.

A detailed, customized plan for rehab AND everything else in the gym, so you can train hard while fixing your pain.

Daily communication and individualized answers to every question about rehab, training, and nutrition, so you never get sidelined again.

Consistent reassessments, measurements, and check-ins - face-to-face and digital - so our progress never slows down.

Where we work
Train with me one-on-one at PWRBLD in Warrington, PA, or work together online from anywhere in the world. Same system, same daily communication, same results.
Real results
"10 weeks in, we were running and hitting the stairmaster again."— Jess • 45 lbs down, back to training after being discharged elsewhere
Who you'll work with
The summer before PT school, injuries scared me to the point where I stopped lifting completely. Not one practitioner I talked to knew how to help me stay in the gym. I lost 25+ lbs and watched my hard-earned gains waste away as I lost my identity as a lifter.
So I built a different system - one that prioritizes lifting heavy instead of demonizing it, that teaches instead of gatekeeps, and that creates autonomy rather than reliance. Since then I've helped hundreds of lifters get back to training hard again.
